The Catchall Tray is cut from a single piece of solid larch wood — a quiet home for the pens, clips and pocket-stuff that end up everywhere. It keeps the desk honest without ever drawing attention to itself.

No plastic, no veneer over MDF — just real larch, sanded by hand until the surface feels like river stone. Because every tray is sawn from natural larch, no two grain patterns are the same; yours is the only one like it.

Why larch? Larch is dense, naturally water-resistant and ages beautifully — it deepens in tone the longer you use it, where plastic just wears out.

Care: wipe with a dry or barely damp cloth. Once a year, a drop of natural oil keeps the larch grain rich. Made to order in our London workshop.
