All of our products are handmade to order with care and attention to detail. Please allow 1–2 weeks for your item to be crafted before it is shipped. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way.

We ship worldwide! Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the product or shipping price.

↩️ Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery, under the following conditions:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition
• You must contact us first before sending anything back
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer
• Once the item is received and inspected, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days

⚠️ Please note: As all items are handmade, we are unable to accept returns on personalised or custom orders unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

💔 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number
• A photo of the damage or incorrect item

We will resolve the issue promptly at no extra cost to you.
